VK Healthcare Foundation ("we", "us", "our") strictly enforces a Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellation policy for all donations made through our platform. By processing a donation on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to VK Healthcare Foundation are voluntary, final, and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.

The funds collected are immediately deployed and allocated to our charitable causes, including healthcare support, educational programs, and disaster relief, making it impossible to reverse the transaction.

2. No Cancellation

Once a donation is initiated and successfully processed via our payment gateway, the transaction cannot be cancelled. Donors are requested to exercise due care and diligence while making a donation.

3. Erroneous Transactions

In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., if a transaction is processed twice due to a network glitch or a payment gateway error), we will review the case upon request. Donors must report any such duplicate transactions within 48 hours of the payment by contacting us at our official email address with proof of the duplicate deduction.
